tiger sal breeding, is it possible?

I have a male and female tiger salamander, housed together in a 20g long tank. Usually they burrow together under the substrate, but this morning I found them cuddling atop the surface. it has gotten a bit warmer the past few days, more sunshine, could be why. but i was wondering if anyone ever bred tigs, or if it is a highly unlikely event. If you have ever successfully bred them, what methods did you use?
