it is in fact wild caught...from what im told its about six feet long...and it has an extra room in my apartment for a cage...as for the whole food issue...i breed rodents of all sorts so i dont think ill be running out of food anytime soon...but yes as far as big monitors even croc i do have experience with them...i have just never had one in my apartment before...=)
