prepare for a fast growing monster. Stay on your toes and never look away when handling. If your new animal is wild caught watch yourself they will try and tag you at some point. Also if it is wild caught have it vet checked. Think of how big the cage should be then make it bigger LOL. stock up on lots of food. Having other monitors only helps you in knowing other monitors and does not prepare you for a croc. Good luck with keeping your not being bit record.
