I've noticed everyone has their own opinion on this matter, with black milks in particular - I will say that they are NOT your typical milksnake.
I've heard of people breeding them at 2 1/2 years (I wouldn't do this at all) - however, I'd wait at least 4-5 years. If you're powerfeeding, maybe 3 1/2 depending. Definately not before they are completely blackened (or as far as their gonna get). I would say at least 4-5 ft if you're gonna go strickly by length...
If you decide to get rid of yours and you don't want to wait it out. I have a 2 year old male of which I'm looking for a mate... (Rather difficult to find a breeder black milk for sale)
