Feeding Crickets

What's the best way to feed crickets to leos? Some people say to just dump 'em in and leave the crix 24/7 for the leos to hunt down and find. I've heard that Some owners put their leos in a seperate rubbermaid tub for feeding. Others say to take out all of the terrarium decor whtn feeding - a lot of work to go through 5-7 times each week. What is the best way for the health and sanity of the gecko??? Thx!! RR
