Here's a quote from "understanding reptile Parasites" by Klingenberg.

"Jacobsen (1988) reports deaths in indigo snakes at dosages above 100 mg/kg while dosages at 40 mg/kg have been given safely"

So, 40mg of Flagyl per 1 Kilogram of snake is the dose we can feel fairly safe about.
