Now that we've got our house a bit more organized, Tak now has her own room. Of course she is still in her cage for now, while she is still small. But I thought it would be a good idea to start potty training her as soon as possible, that way when she moves out of the cage I would get poop all over my computer. *ick*
Do you guys think it is too soon? Should I wait until she is a bit more calm to start?
So I need some advice on how to go about this. Do you give a treat when they poop in the right place? If I want her to poop in a water dish or the bathtub, do I just leave her there until she does and then take her out? Does this reinforce training. Any suggestions would be great!
