I have no idea why it wouldn't load up! It is the same type of room that is on the kingsnake rooms! As long as you have a java enabled browser, you shouldn't really have a problem. I guess that there is the slim possibility that there was a server problem, but you never know!

Now on the potty issue!
As you know....we have 6 Igs! That could potentially be a lot of poop, if we didn't have them going where we wanted them to! lol
What we do, is first thing in the morn, we start the ig pooping cycle. We start with Darwin, since he is our only free roamer! We fill the tub about half full with warm water....not too hot, and not too cold! We let him do his thing....and scoop the "STUFF" out of the tub with our reserved "poop cup". For Fondue, we then turn the shower on him....for just a few secs(Fondue loves this but Darwin hates it, so we don't do that to him) just to make sure that all the poop is off of them. We follow the same procedure for Devo and Dexie as well. We have only had Devo and Dexie for a few weeks, and when we first got them, they were used to being housed in a small aquarium...so when they pooped, they just sat there in it! With this routine, they never poop and just sit in it anymore! If they do poop before we can get to them.....they just go down to the bottom of the enclosure! I reccomend the tub! You never know, Tak just might like it! But good luck, and let us know!
