Don't cover hot rocks with washcloth! Although they don't have this warning on the packages hot rocks come in, this is a major fire hazard!
Also, try getting it a bigger cage. I'd say the minimum size tank a baby iguana should be in is about a 30 gallon, and that's kind of pushing it. My iguana isn't even a year old and he's in a 60 gallon tank. Try treating that dark spot with some Neosporin if you think it's a burn, and get that guy into a vet sometime soon.
