Hi all. Nice to chat with you guys again. I almost feel like you're family. My Max is protesting my his new diet. I had been mixing green vegies for him regularly with greens, but decided I'd better pay closer attention so started the MK diet. (It is sooooo simple!) However, Max detests the alfalfa. I had been giving him the occasion serving of firm tofu before and he likes it. Is it an acceptable replacement for alfalfa on a regular basis? Or is there anything else I can give in place of the alfalfa. He picks around it as much as possible and then turns his nose up. This is his fourth day of eating very litte. Any help is sure appreciated. One other question - what are collards and are they available in Canada>
