ok guys i`m going to stay with family for awhile (about a month)to help my grandmother out. (i won`t have computer access btw)
=( she is getting old and not feeling well and needs me to go stay with her and help out. the thing is, i can`t leave petrie here. first of all, he wouldn`t get the attention he needs/deserves, and also, i don`t trust my family to care for him correctly. my question is, i`m driving to my grandmas, and the car ride is gunna be long, probably a day or so because i have to stop in LA and pick a frined up. my grandma lives in the desert and i don`t wanna drive alone. i might end up staying overnight in LA and i need to know how to keep petrie warm in the car( i`m biulding him the pvc cage for his stay at my grandmas house). i don`t want to just let him chill cuz i don`t want him to get sick or stressed cuz it is quite a long trip. i will be transporting him in an animal carrier and i was thinking of getting one of those connector thingys that uses the cig lighter in your car for electricity and put like a heating pad under him. i know a heating pad wouldn`t be ideal as it is heating his belly instead of the top of his body, but i can`t use a light because it will be distracting on the road. can anyone think of anything else i can do to keep him warm? the car will probably be in the 80`s anyways because i`m constantly cold and probably won`t ahve the windows down too much. any ideas anyone?
thanx,
meagan
