vet called back today

and my sister answered the phone (sigh of dispair) from what i can make out, her note says
-kidney problems, needs a biopsy to be 100% sure
-high white blood cell, maybe 2ndary to dont think fixable (i dont understand her writing very well..!)
-prove or disprove (dont get that either)
-do treat poor prognosis, put on antibiotics
-push fluids to flsuh out
and it says call him back. i dont really want to continue to this vet, maybe i can have him fax the info and take it to a better vet for continued treatment?
