ok...he definitly has kidney disease, and quite possibly kidney failure.. =(
calcium is at 47 (should be 10)
phosporus is at 22 (should be 5)
the vet mentioned something else, think it started with a C (CF-something??) which should be at 500...and Zephs is at 4300
his white blood count/heterophyl should be around 4500-8000 (vet said) and Zephs is at....14,000.. =(
options are to treat at hospital, but thatd be long term and very stressful and expensive-high quality of life IS something we need to maintain. the vet also mentioned a medicine that would bind the cal/phos so he doesnt have an overdose, help to bring levels to normal. anyway..were still talking about it but had to update ya all
