Sometimes antibiotics are necessary but they are very hard on their kidneys. I would take your info. to another vet if you don't trust this one. Maybe you could at least call a good vet somewhere else to get his take on the readings (mention you aren't sure you trust your other vet since he gave out bad care info.) I should try to look for Sleestack's bloodwork print outs to compare them to what yours are.
