Vitamin Question

I give my iguana some vitamins, and one of the things I give him is this multi-vitamin for lizards that I get at a reptile shop. But I thought I saw someone post that they give their iguana a crushed up Centrum. Can you give just an over the counter multi-vitamin to an iguana, or does it have to be a special multi-vitamin that you get at a reptile shop. Thanks for your replies in advance.
