I am shocked to see how prepared you are! We recently had a thread in this forum asking for people's ages, and it is suprising to see how many people there are about your age. It sounds like you have a good handle on what you are doing, and most importantly, it sounds like you want to do the right thing! As a credit to you, there are thousands of iguanas owned by people twice your age who do not have a clue or desire to care properly for their animals.
So, I guess the short of it is welcome, and let us know if we can help! Also, post some pics and let us know how your little breeze is doing! (Zephyr means 'wind').

ps- you will probably be in your thirties before your iguana dies, so just keep that in mind... you will have kids of your own by then, probably. =)
