Hello everyone,

I am looking for some possible answers for why Beanie sort of
freaked out yesterday. I have had her 6 months and she has
always been pretty calm and prefers to stay in her enclosure.
Yesterday, while I was on the computer she dive bombed 6 1/2
feet to the bottom of the enclosure and starting digging at the
door. I got her out and I have never seen her so energetic!
After a little while she calmed, I put her back and a few hours
later I heard her(on the 2nd floor) dive bomb again to the
bottom. I rushed up there and opened the door and practically
ran me over getting out of there. I took her in my bedroom and
let her run around, forgetting about the full length mirror.
She walked up to it and began rubbing her face into it. She
also has developed a orange-yellow color to her legs. The only
thing I could think of for her restlessness was the fact that
it warmed up finally to around 60 degrees yesterday and the
humidity was higher as well. Her appetite has decreased somewhat
also.

Does this sound like spring fever or should I have a vet check
her. I am worried about her hurting her self it this continues.
I am trying hard to understand what she is wanting but I do not
have a clue????

Thanks and sorry for the very long post.
