:Thank you for your input. I will keep this in mind. He weighs over four kilos, but it does not mater anyway. I have stopped trying to give it to him. He does not swallow it and it comes out his nose and mouth. I have tried massaging this throat. I just gave him some blended up mixed greens and veggies mixed with multivitamins, calciam and ensure. The straight ensure would would also come out his mouth and nose. It looks like he downed it. I am desperately trying to get calories into him, as he looks very weak. The vet said there is no sign of organ failure and it is a bacterial infection that is causing all the trouble. If anyone else has anything to add, please do so. I am very worried about my baby. I am doing everything in my power to save him. Once again thanks to everyone that has responded or will respond.
