Orange juice may be too acidic for iguanas. Even some people cannot tollerate the acidity of orange juice.
I suggest you try in small amounts. If he does not vomit, it's a good sign. However, to keep things safe and healthy in his gut, apple juice is a safer alternative. Pineapple is also a bit acidic. But if u find orange/banana/kiwi or other combos, they are safer (and tastier!).
It is generally thought that reptiles are not lactose tolerant. So giving milk to the tegu may not be a good idea, even though they are omnivorous. However, the same goes for cats and dogs, and many people offer it without any side effects. As long as the animal is healthy and does not vomit, it's ok.
However, fruits are supposed to be 10% or so of the diet. So make them a treat only!
