Well the animal protein is not good...this can be very hard on their kidneys...takes its toll over time.
Your setup doesn't sound bad unless she doesn't spend most of her time under some kind of UV light. That is a problem with free roamers since they need it to absorb their calcium. Plus sometimes they will not stay as warm as they should to better process their food. If she spends most of the time under heat/UV lights, then that isn't an issue.
When you left for a week, was anyone feeding her? How could her food stay good for that long? I wouldn't recommend this...plus if she was going to the bathroom like she should, that could be very nasty and unclean after a week! And hopefully the light wasn't burned out for that long. I would try to get a friend to stop by in the future.
I would very much suggest taking her to a vet...and a good one to get bloodwork done. This will not be cheap but you could probably work something out (help out at the clinic or pay in installments). I don't want to freak you out but you could be coming to a very critical stage in her life. My last iguana died very quickly...and on the way to the vet (since he became ill over the weekend unfortunately). He was a rescue with prior problems but I still wish I could have caught small signs of illness earlier. Your iguana is showing signs that need to be taken seriously (especially at her age). Good luck and keep us posted.
