HI!
Glad that little girl found a good home! Good luck with her!
I am also in California, in southern CA-Apple Valley, where are you?
I have my ig outside during warm weather, brought in at night of course. But it seems to work great. What a change in their moods real sunlight makes! How much do you want to spend on an outside cage? I spent $360 on the one in the picture, it is 8'longx 6'tallx 5'wide. It is not complete in the pic though, after putting up the rest of the wire I added basking spots and 2x4's for Spike to climb, a tarp over part of the top to help give some shade and her very own misting system- next year I will be adding some plants for browse and a pool.
I am building a new indoor cage as soon as I get my tax return, it is based on Myka's cage design. Which I can't find a pic of right now, but I am sure she'd post if you want to see it : )
