Color question in young igs

I have a small ig and it seems to have some odd coloring. For the most part it is green. But it has a band of blue/grey aroung its neck and it is starting to develop red bands on it's back. I didn't know if this is common in young igs, or if there's something strange going on here. Just wanted to get some opinions.
