Look at the left arm, looks like a broken humerus (upper-arm bone) and soft tissue damage. Looks like swelling and bruising, and the arm appears shorter and bent (compare with left arm). Overall, the baby looks stunted and wrinkled/lumpy. He could have MBD...
Black/brown markings on the back are normal in some igs, but they could also be an indication of severe stress/debilitation. I'd say, based on what I see in the picture, a vet visit is in order ASAP. Check The Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV) website to find a vet in your area.
How old is the ig? How is he set up, what kind of cage, lights, temperature? What are you feeding it?
