My beautiful five year old iguana -- bought not too very long ago from a credible petstore near to me -- was named Caesar when we received her. THEN she was renamed Jewel, because she seemed to have no recognition of the first name and the second suited her better.

But she's never responded to either names.

Just the other day my family watched Monsters Inc... and I accidentally called her "Boo-baby". Miracle of Miracles, she seemed to think I was REALLY talking to her. Got all attentive and looked at me like she was waiting for something...

First of all, will she get too confused if her name is YET AGAIN changed? And second of all... has this happened to anyone else? She seems to have chosen her own name...

Angel and Jewel... I mean, Boo.
