Need Help

ok, i was at my local pet shop today and i saw that they had a 3-4' iguana in a cage outside. i talked to the guys who work there and they said someone dropped him off saying that he found him in his backyard (probbably a lie)and that he was very agressive. Well my question is, will the iguana be ok untill someone buys him. it is 85-90 out side during the day, and he has plenty of water... i just dont know about iguana's
