Hmm, do you mean that an ig who is regularly fed animal proteins will live a much shorter life, or that any ig who was ever fed animal protein will probably not get very old? I adopted my ig as a young adult, and he had a pretty bad diet with previous owners... it was mostly carrots, but he also got some chicken sometimes. Oh well, now he just gets lots of greens and veggies!
