I will have expanded his current enclosure (2'w by 3'l by 2.5'h) by this weekend, I plan on doubling the height of it while keeping the tank as the lower half for my beardie anyhow, I'll just be doing it a bit earlier than I'd planned but thats ok :)
If Ig can stay in that sized pen for a couple of weeks, that would be idea, otherwise I'll build him something bigger sooner. I say two weeks, because I did leave my name and number behind in case someone calls about him (har har, not likely I'm guessing poor guy).
Mustard greens, collards etc. is no problem, I have them for Spike (the beardie). Also, Rep-Cal calcium/D3 dust, is that ok for igs or do they just need calcium? I'm planning on picking up a bigger heat bulb tomorrow, so his basking temp will be higher, and again if he's ok for a couple of weeks, a second UVB setup. Right now, he's got UVA lighting, and I can take him outside for a good while each day though its getting cold. Again, if he's not fine with waiting a couple of weeks for UVB lighting, if someone could let me know and I'll pick it up sooner.
I'd have no problem buying everything he needs right now, except that technically someone could claim him. Though I could say he died.... hmmmm.... is that unethical? Or at least, more unethical than losing him or leaving him in a parking lot in Ontario in October, where the temps approach freezing each night right now?
