This might be one of the few times that I would suggest incorporating some form of lettuce into the ig's diet. IF dehydration is a minor concern as well as no bowel activity it may not be a bad idea to try JUST FOR A FEW DAYS. The increased fluid in the diet may help with hydration and also act to stimulate the bowel a bit.

What were the Ca/P levels? Did they specifically test for D3 levels at all?
