Yes, one offense is harsh. Most of the ones who need to be banned have driven everybody nuts for a day or two before going postal.
I am going postal today any way. Some woman named Sheilia at NTELos has become the most irritating person a widow has to deal with. I have spent the whole day today trying to cancel * voice mail that the company added to my phone that my late husband got for me. I changed the mortgage over with a 10th of this hassle.
If I get this over with, I have to go get panacur for Woodstock who is hiding over this house again.
