I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I live with my boyfriend, and he STILL hasn't been able to get the phone bill put in something other than his deceased mother's name. It has been almost three years.
He sent them a death certificate, cried on the phone, still nothing. It's ridiculous.
Bah humbug, really.
