Why are people such a pain in the @ss? I had a friend that was getting double billed from two phone companies and couldn't get it straightened out. He could never talk to the same person twice and finally they blocked his calls and wouldn't take them. The bills didn't get resoved until they moved and put the phone in his girlfriend's name. He had to pay all the double bills or it went against his credit. I really hope you get it straightened out. If you can go somewhere to talk in person to someone, it usually gets things resolved faster (as much of a pain as that is). I've tried to straighten out bank problems (bank's fault) over the phone and was amazed at the moronity I encountered! In person, the problems were resolved immediately.
Anyway, thanx 4 sticking up for me! If I do ever get banned, I'm happy to have you in my court! ;-)
