WELCOME! (from Sleestack and me)

I am not sure how long you have had Jade or if this photo is recent (or what her previous care was) but she looks in bad shape. See how she is kind of fat but her tail base is sunk in and her limbs are very thin? This can be a sign of metabolic bone disease (MBD). If you haven't taken her to a qualified herp vet, I would suggest this. In the meantime, try to get her as much unfiltered sunlight as possible, calcium supplementation, a good UV bulb (in this case I would suggest a more expensive one like the T-Rex Active UV or the Zoomed Powersun bulb--although make sure you can keep the bulb the proper distance away). Also make sure that your diet is very good & filled with calcium rich veggies like collards, mustards, turnip greens, dandelion, escarole, endive, watercress. You can sprinkle squashes, green beans, and snow peas, and a bit of fruit like berries, mango, papaya, and melon on top. The dark leafy greens are essential though. Keep us posted and good luck. She is very cute and with proper care you can get her back to a nice healthy iguana.
