Try giving it one more shot to educate her - maybe buy her a copy of James Hatfield's "Green Iguana:The Ultimate Owner's Manual" to nudge her in the right direction and if nothing happens in short order then try looking for animal control or animal cruelty investigators that would pursue cruelty charges against her. Sorry, but short of taking on the responsibility of an iguana yourself that's the best I can recommend. Some people simply should not keep reptiles or any animal for that matter....
