I think your post is off the subject and probably should be removed. But in any case...why would I believe your methods of "pest control" when you dont even know that fleas and mites are not close relatives. Another thing that should be noted is your ant killing techniques...you might as well just step on them. The truth of the matter is your not killing the nest. The nest will still remain reguardless of killing individual ants. So you are actully giving people harmful information when there house is still being eaten and you give them a false sense of resolving that problem. I dont think I can really trust any thing on your site. Your mosquito section has like no information. Howerver while looking for sites for Merlin I did encounter a site that had a non-toxic solution, I have to go back and find it though. If anybody is interested in find a solution I would be happy to find information on this. Actually I scanned the rest of the pest control section and alot of those methods do not work.
PS...did you delete my message?

:Whether or not iguanas can is sort of moot--you can.
:Considering that so many insect-vectored diseases are so difficult to diagnose (too many of the tests are as apt to give false negatives as false positives) and treat, care should be taken. If you're feeling comfy because your state doesn't yet show up as one that already has documented WNV-related deaths, the feds have only just realized it is spreading faster than they thought it was.
:If you have water features (ponds, etc.) in your yard or courtyard, check out the Mosquito section of my Natural Pest Control page.
