Shooting Death of a Nile Monitor

In fridays paper "The Times Herald Record" was an article how animal control shot and killed a 5 foot african nile monitor cause it started to run. This was in Poughkypsee NY. I could of swore that these people carry tranqualizers. Just thought I would share local news with all of you.
