The more we get into the "legal" and "governmental" end of animals the more we are finding that the majority (not all) of animal control officers simply do not have the necessary training to handle things such as large monitors or boids or even adult igs.... By the same token, we're working on things to help change that hopefully although it is most likely a year or so away....:(
