I put the Alfalfa pellets in a seperate bowl next to his salad. I haven't had any problems with him eating them in this manner. He is the one that taught me that he liked them. He would bully my guina pig for hers.
I have been working with Baby and his tolet training. I use a cat litter box and fill it with about 1 inch of warm water. This has worked out pretty good. When I am not around, he will go either in the dry kitty litter box or near it. We are still working on the always in the box, but he is getting better. At least I don't have to hunt for the suprises any more. Let us know how the paper thing goes. I would like to put paper down but I am afraid that he will find a new hiding spot to do his duty. Good luck.
