It will take some time for the ig to grow, but, it sounds like you are doing something right if it grew 2inches so far. To get Gwaners to eat the salad, I would give her plenty of good greens ( mustards, collard) and chop them up and mix them in the salad right before serving. Since your ig is still recovering, I would feed those types of greens. Cilantro is a nice added touch, but, I would use more of the calcium rich greens as the staple sort of.
