crazy story

ok, i live in a cold climate, but every once in a while(summer) it gets pretty hot. well since i keep myu lizard in the kitchen and she has like 3 lights, it kinda heats up the house, so my mom and i decided to put her cage out side, thinking she would enjoy the sunshine and LOVE the temperature(100F)so we put her outside in her cage. well i didn't see this but i guess my mom did. my lizrad had her mouth open like she was panting and she was running frantically around her cage. was she too hot? was she happy? well wither way we put her inside. i tried it again today and misted her everyonce in a while, she didn't seem as bad, but any answers?
