One person says that the ban is for the city, another says for ALL of N.Y. state. Is it in effect NOW??? Am I breaking the law by having an ig? If they are ban, how come there are so many for sale in pet shops around here? I live in Upsate N.Y., not the city. Sorry for sounding dumb I'm just really confused right now. Can someone please explain this from the top? Thanks.....
