Active UV Bulb

Hi Everyone!

I have decided to use the Active UV Bulb as lighting. Is this the only light I need? Or should I have other lights just as basking spots? Is a 160 watt spot enough? I understand that a spot light is better than a flood, is that right? Thanks! Wendy
