After typing the other reply I went to eat my lunch. A Yogurt. Then I started to wonder Can Igs eat Yogurt? Or Tofu, for that matter? Just curious. I wouldn't think regularly but as a treat every now and then, would it hurt? I know Yogurt has milk in it but not Tofu. I was just wondering if anyone knew. :) Thanks again!
