I believe Phoebe is a girl but she is only 2 years old. So unfortunately no one is really sure what she is, she/he. Anyway I am interested in finding out what it would cost (so far the rates have been around the same where ever you live from my experience)?
And how old does the ig have to be?
Also, if Phoebe is a male --- do they spay/neuter them also and does that change their "aggressive behavior" if they do get spayed?
