Restitution actually came in at more than DOUBLE what was quoted by the good leutenant. To be honest, I believe the figures quoted came directly from one of the Lt.'s personal orifices since to the best of my knowledge, as of the date that this article was written, final figures had yet to be submitted..... Go figure....
