Make sure he gets vitamin D once a week, you can buy this in a reptile shop, and put some calcium in his food, do not give vit. D and calcium on the same day!
for snack banana is good for his intestents, stomach.strawberry... well, just find out what he likes :-) every iggy has a taste for itselfs!
you can tell girl from boy by its femoral pores, on his behind legs..but it's hard to tell when they are small. (big femorial pores= boy)

let your iggy get used to his cage, make sure the cage is not to big for him, now he's still little, he will get stressed than..when he adjust well to his cage, take him out and sit whit him, don't constantly look him in the eyes, just go watch the telly with it, my iggy loves watching the television...then he well get used to you..but bonding takes time, just like in human relation ship...
