Please help me screen this adoption ad

I found an iguana to adopt in my own hometown. The owner is willing to include his hand-built 7'x3' cage (doesn't state 3rd dimension). Cage is always a plus :-)

However, the most important thing is that I am not getting in over my head with my first iguana. I am willing to rehabilitate sick animals when I know what I am doing, or correct nutritional deficiencies. However, doesn't this guy seem a bit small for his age? Could he be ill, parasite-ridden, or just comes from a small genetic line?

Age: 7 years
Gender: Male
STV: about 12"
STL: about 2.5'
Diet: "Kale, carrots, collard greens, and other greens and fruits

Does this boy sound as good as I think he does, or is he too small for his age?
