When I say combination of both, I'm not talking about being abusive! I would never "punish" my ig. They wouldn't know what that is. I occasionally use a firm tone of voice with him and I never back down. That's what I meant. He's still a bit feisty, but very easy to handle. I am absolutely crazy about him! He is by far the best and most interesting pet I have ever raised. J
