DYING IGUANA-PLEASE READ!!!!

I have a juvinile iguana i purchased about a year ago. I have taken very good care of him. I have many other herps in perfect health and up to a month ago he was too. Then he started getting worse. He is now close to death and can barely open his eyes. What Can i do???????????????????
