Rice ,noodles ,cauliflower ,broccoli and corn are not good sources of the things iguanas NEED to live a long healthy life . This things as a SMALL part of a diet are fine they offer nothing much in the way of promoting health . In fact they contain things that in high enough amounts can cause harm .
You continue to say how healthy your animals are . When was the last time you had blood work done or saw a vet ? Iguanas RARELY show signs of problems until it is to late . In addition to that while they may " Look healthy " now the point is not to simply make them look healthy . The point of a captive environment is to give them better then they are able to get for themselves . This is why captive animals kept in the proper environment tend to live so much longer then in the wild .
All that said If you continue to feed your animals this diet instead of a diet based on greens your iguanas will not be healthy long ..
