summer enclosure

I'm thinking about building an outdoor summer enclosure for my iguana for when the weather gets warmer, and I was wondering about a few things. The first is should I have a bottom. I am not sure if I should let her come in contact with the grass due to possible fertalizers and stuff like that. also Should I worry about bugs? she hasn't had any kind of mites since I got rid of the ones she had from the petstore when I got her two years ago. Any other suggestions, I already have some Ideas about materials, and I know not to leave her outside without supervision and to make sure she has shade and water. Thanks
